Shiping costs

Spain and Europe: If the amount of your order exceeds 50€, you can benefit of free shipping costs. Shipping rates are as follows:

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): flat rate of 8€ being free for purchases over 50€ with a delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. Shipping costs will be shown at the moment of payment processing, just before your confirming your order.

Europe: Flat rate of 14.50€ being free for purchases over €50 with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the distance from the capital city. Unfortunately, we are currently not shipping to Russia. 

Switzerland: Flat rate of 8.50€ with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the distance from the capital city. 

AustraliaFlat rate of 60€ with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the distance from the capital city.

Rest of the worldFlat rate of 40€ with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the distance from the capital city.

 

Delivery

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next day. Keep in mind that in promotional periods the terms can be extended. They can also be affected by holidays the province or autonomous community (departure and delivery) such as holidays in the province or autonomous community (departure and delivery). In the case of Arquinesia Perfumes, it is affected by holidays in the Balearic Islands and in the municipality of Palma. 

At Arquinesia Perfumes we assign a tracking number to each order. MRW is the transport company in charge of shipments in Spain, while TNT is in charge of shipments to Europe, Australia, Switzerland and the rest of the world. In case of absence, the courier will pass a second time to ensure that the order ir delivered within the established period. If this is not possible, they will contact you on the telephone number that you have provided when placing the order. The client is responsible for the veracity and correctness of the address data provided. In the event that there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the costumer will be responsible for the cost of the shipment that may be incurred. 

The costumer agrees to facilitate the delivery of the order, in cases where the carrier cannot make it and justifies the delivery attempts, the shipping costs will be payed by the customer.
